can you get a flat 3 core cable suitable to run as an extension lead ?, if so which one and where would I get it ?.

You can buy flat 3 core flexible cable, BUT you would have to buy 100m of it and also pay import duty and Tax on it (Oh + VAT)

But I would have to ask why would you want it flat? I will assume you want to run it under a floor covering? if so that is one thing you should NEVER do as the cable will get damaged over time and cause a fire.
