Damp Proof Course cut too Short and Installing uPVC Porch

Having a porch built. The builders laid the base and filled it with cement that has the blue damp proof membrane in.

The membrane looks like it has been trimmed too short, as you can see from the photo.

A uPVC porch will be going on top.

Should I have any worries over this?

Cheers, Les.
