Internally Insulating a 1970's Timber Frame Bungalow

Hi all, newbie. Did look for my answer but couldn't find what I was looking for.

So.... I'm renovating my mums newly brought bungalow and want to add more insulation to the walls internally.

The wall makeup is exterior brick, cavity of around 50mm, a bitumouse felt, 100x50 timber frame with 70mm fiberglass insulation with a plastic backing and finally the plasterboard. I was going to put a insulated plasterboard staight on to the interior plasterboard...but now I doubt myself wether this will be ok without a vapour barrier.

This has come about as the company I work for are renovating a timber clad structure and has been advised we use this build up. Burnt larch exterior clad,25mm battern, breathable membrane 150mx50 stud filled with rock wool, 25mm cellotex, vapour barrier, plasterboard...

Any suggestions which would be my best method to insulate without causing and vapour problems as there are none at the moment!

Appreciate any responses
