Can anybody offer som advice, I purchased a Barrett built mid terraced house which is about 20 years old, it has a brick built entrance hallway and downstairs toilet with concrete tiled pitched roof. I'm experiencing water droplets forming on the ceiling of the toilet area, on removing a few tiles on the pitched roof I have noticed that there is no insulation in the roof void above the toilet ceiling. My question is should the roof void be insulated with regular loft insulation or is my problem elsewhere. Any feedback would be welcome.
Thanks in advance.
