Hi there,
we have a scaffold up as part of a renovation, and we have located a condensing boiler and ventless hot water tank in the loft to create more space in the bathroom.
However, the plumber has just lifted out a roof tile and pushed the emergency relief and condensation pipe through the roof to run down into the gutter. We have very low hanging eaves, so the floor of the loft is about three or more feet higher than the top of the wall, so there's little / no space to route the pipes to the exterior wall.
But the way they have lifted the tiles looks like a leak waiting to happen.. is there a lead or other fixture or idea that would leave the pipes where they are (there are really very few options for them) but prevent future leaks?
Thanks for any advice!
