How to Insulate Exposed Stone Wall in Kitchen With no Heating

by u0362565 » Wed Jan 03, 2018 8:21 pm

Hi all,

Our kitchen is very cold as it has no heating installed. The kitchen is on an outside wall and in places where I can get in behind appliances I can see the exposed stone and i'd like to somehow insulate these exposed areas of wall. One issue is that there are pipes quite close to the wall in places so the solution would have to be quite thin to fit behind them and it will not be visible so it doesn't really matter what the insulation looks like. Would prefer something which wouldn't require much disturbance of the stone I.e. when attaching the insulation to the wall.

Thanks for the advice.
