Hi,
I have damp patches on my conservatory wall and wanted some advise please. Got a damp proof company In yesterday and he said it's rising damp-of course he wants my buisness- but after a chat and little research rising damp is easily misdiagnosed so before I peruse this route any advice to determine if it's damp ir another issue greatly appreciated.

Hi,
I have discovered damp patch on my conservatory wall, there was Ivy growing up the side of that wall outside and since been removed, neighbours drain was bloked but now unblocked. The skiring board was having g off as soaked through and noticed that the wall has been a stereo right down to the floor? Surely this is not correct? Any advice please.
