This morning none of my cold water taps had any water coming from them apart from the kitchen tap where i had no water coming from the hot part of the mixer tap but plenty of cold water, the toilet cisterns also wouldn't refill. I have checked the cold water header tank it has water in it but it isn't full, the only think i can think that the water is frozen from the stop cock outside into the house unless anybody has any other ideas as to why the header tank is filling. Thanks
