trying to replace my ceiling lamshade with a new one but i cannot figure out how to remove the old one.The guides that ive looked at say to unscrew a collar that sits around the bulb socket. I cant seem to do this the whole fitting just rotates. Apologies if this seems like a stupid question but i cant for the life of me figure it out lol.
