Bright Green Mould and Water Damage in Conservatory - Advice Needed

by ktg4321 » Mon May 14, 2018 12:17 pm

Hi DIYdoctors, I'm looking for some advice please.

There is bright green mould and water damage in the corner of our conservatory.

Prior to us moving in a builder damp proofed the tops of the walls of the conservatory, he says the entire top is covered in a membrane and that there will be no leaks. He suspects it may be EXT. side of the brick that is letting water in. I'd love to hear people's views on this.

I have attached some pictures.

The damage has been progressing for some time and i'm keen to resolve this asap.
