Sticking and Joining Stone to Stone

by thailen » Wed Jul 04, 2018 12:03 am

The 4 inch stone handle attachment to my bicycle broke off, when the bike fell. I tried epoxy, but it failed to adhere the two pieces of stone. How can I connect the two pieces?

The surface must be clean, in other words free of grease and dust. Ethanol or isopropanol work usually well. It will glue better on rough surface, so if it fits in your work sand paper the surface before cleaning and applying glue.
