Tighten Compression Joint to Cure Radiator Leak? Help and information on all topics relating to your central heating, air conditioning and ventilation issues.

I've noticed a leak on one of my radiator pipes (I've attached a photo and marked it where the water is coming out). It's only a very small amount, should I just be able to tighten it up, slight turn so I don't thread it?
