I'm putting up a partition wall in the basement to house a marine fish tank, and it'll have the effect of being sunk into the wall,but will have access with a door further down.
I'd like to make the rest of this wall stand out, and I'm thinking of the chunky splitface tiles.
But as you can imagine, some of the ceiling is probably not level etc, so would like to put coving up (the polystyrene type). But with splitface, you don't have a flat surface, any tips for this, of any other ideas to have a nice feature wall which would look good with an in wall fish tank?
