Hi Everyone
I am after some advice on what the problem is with my wall and what the best solution is. When i brought my property the previous owner had already taken the chimney breast out from the ground floor and first floor. on the ground floor you could clearly see the damp from where the chimney was removed.
i got a local damp expert in and he recommended the damp course which he applied. i waited over a month before painting the wall and since then its gradually got worse.
