Hi Everyone
I need some advice regarding 15mm Danfoss RAS-C2 radiator valves.
The angled thermostat valve comes in 2 pieces (for straight or angled configuration). I havent used these before.
There is also a 15mm olive and nut to connect to the pipework
When I connect the spigot and thermostat valve together and screw to finger tight there is about 2 mm of tightening still available on the body but the connector sleeve has about 5mm of play. Looks like there should be an olive to make a positive seal.
The olive in the pack are fractionally too small to fit between the two components of the valve and looks like it should be used to connect to the actual pipework
Danfoss tell me there should be 2 olives in the pack then they tell me there should be just one. They aren't being particularly helpful
Maybe I am being thick but i cannot see howthe two parts can be connected up and make a leakproof seal
Thanks for any advice
