Hi,
I have recently moved home and today noticed that there is a section of roof tiles which appear wet and dark than the rest.
My house is a 3 bed with an attic conversion. I have checked in the attic space and there is no sign of water inside the house. Is this down to poor insulation/heating in the attic which it has? and is it something that needs addresses pronto?
