I have a Caroma toilet cistern in Australia.The outlet valve leaks into the toilet bowl. Is there any adjustment to make it seal better or can the rubber washer be replaced. The whole unit is clipped together plastic. I tried adding some lead weights to create a harder seal but that didn't work.
