plaster boards which way brown or grey

just started to stick some plaster boards on my conservatoy wall ,i layed brown side out now I am thinking this may be wrong,I will be using finish on boards, If this is wrong shall i rip them off turn white side out ,Will it be a problem or just carry on,experinced plasterers advice would be most welcome thanks john

It should be white side the skim side but loads of people use the other side thinking one side is for artex (white) and the other side is for plaster skim (Brown) so just leave it but you know now for next time.

Should always skim on white side, but Ive never had any problems whe the odd board's had to have brown showing
