Help With First Time Titting Engineered Wood Flooring

by Simsimmy » Sun Mar 24, 2019 8:11 pm

Hello all

My partner and I are renovating our newly purchased 1st home and are currently attempting to fit an engineered wood flooring we purchased from B&Q (it's to match the existing flooring). We ripped the old floor, laid the damp proof membrane and underlay but have come into a few problems getting the floor to 'lock in'. Its the click type stuff and we are struggling to get it to click in fully. Should we be using glue or is our technique off? I've looked at countless videos, tutorials etc. but still haven't had too much luck. Any tips would be greatly appreciated.
Thanks!
