Hi all,

We are moving into a house which has an extension/lean to with a hanging tiled ceiling. I’m guessing they sit in a metal frame.

Is it possible to replace this with a more traditional ceiling - getting away from the dated tiles. We are looking to install spotlights as well.

Is this possible?

Chances are it would be best to take it down & fit a 2x2" frame & plasterboard it. Might be an opportunity to add insulation.
