Help Needed as Left With Concrete Mess

by JJWales1980 » Wed Jun 12, 2019 4:33 pm

Hi helpful people. Ages ago builders came to do a new bathroom with floor. Where the old toilet was ended up outside the new bathroom area. They lay a new tile floor in the bathroom but I’ve been left with a patch of uneven concrete where they filled in the old pipe work hole. I now need to cover this area to ‘make good’ the floor as I’m selling my house. I have no idea where to start, I’m not very handy myself but I don’t even know what to ask a handyman to do! Any suggestions would be wonderful. Also wondering what it’s going to set me back to sort this. As I say I’m selling up so want to keep it as low cost as possible but I’m selling to a firm and they require the floor to be ‘continuous’ and without defects. HELP.
