Best Drill Bits for Drilling Hard Metals

by Brendan2010 » Thu Jun 20, 2019 9:46 am

I am looking to invest in a good set of drill bits for drilling different metal types including stainless steel. Seem to be down to 2 options.
Dewalt HSS-G and TTP HARD drills. Am leaning towards the TTP HARD drills as they are cobalt and can be resharpened whereas the Dewalt have a point on them which will not allow sharpening. Any advice please??

I can recommend the Dewalt bits... I use them at work all the time. Must admit I havent sharpened any, i've just replaced them, eventually. The pilot tip is absolutely great.
