Using Rotary Sander on an Electric Drill

by Deadheadhydra » Fri Jun 21, 2019 9:27 am

I'm sanding old painted wood with a rotary attachment on electric drill. What determines the speed I should use?

You'll struggle to manage the speed with a drill attachment, a dremmel or similar would be better and you'll get finer tips for hard to reach grooves.

Wire wool is also good for preparing wood.

Thanks, but I'm on a small Greek island having to use the tools available; so what is the answer to my question?
