Finding 70mm top and 30mm Side Tube Basin Waste

Hi, does any one know where I can get one of these basin waste things?

Tried B&Q but no luck.

The dimensions are 70mm top and 30mm side tube.

Have a look at the Macdee vanity basin wastes.

The Macdee Wirquin is very similar.
