My partner laid a concrete pad last night which we will be using as a base for a summer house. We've checked it this morning and most of it is flat. There's a hill in one area where it slopes up and then back down. The concrete isn't fully set so we are able to scrape it. The idea I've had is to get a plank of wood and basically scrape the ramp off before it sets. This will obviously leave the concrete slightly pitted due to the ballast but I think this wood be better than a hill?? Another idea would be to let it set and use something to sand it down.. grinder maybe? (we don't have one). Just looking for advice or ideas really on the best way to go forward. Tia
