Weak Flush on Toilet Causing Blocking Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

Hello,

If I put too much toilet paper down my toilet it blocks totally.
It currently takes 2 hours to use. I have been putting 4 strips down at a time. Do you think I could up the number of toilet tissues being used? I don't want to block the toilet and it overflow on the gym which is below me. Any help would be much appreciated.
