Help Changing Single 2 way Landing Switch to Double Switch Ask questions and find answers to many subjects relating to electrics and electrical work

I want to change a single two way switch (stairs landing) to a double switch I already have. One switch is to switch the stairs/landing, still two way, and the other switch I want just as a one way, to run a separate light at the bottom of the stairs. the two switches are as the images attached, hopefully. Switch one is the two way and switch 2 is what I want to replace it with. Is this possible, or do I need a new switch?

Can't find where to edit this post. I got the switch numbers the wrong way round. I want to swap the single switch on the right with the switch on the left, sorry.
