In heavy rain, we have had a leak through our rear wall.
The conservatory roof and flashing was renewed before we moved in including increasing the pitch. But rain is still leaking through to the inside of the wall as it was before. The paint on the external wall above the leak is bubbling and salted beneath. Apparently cheap paint was used and started to bubble. Can this cause water to leak through the wall? Also, since the new glazed roof was fitted, there are 2 spots that has not been re-rendered, could this be a potential cause? Thank you.
