Concrete Base for a Log Cabin

by vulcanxh558 » Mon Aug 26, 2019 8:03 pm

Hi all

Bit of advice please.

I need to build (or get someone in) a concrete base for a log cabin. The dimensions are 4m x 3m. I understand the concrete has to be a minimum of 150mm. Does this need re-bar in it too?

Any ideas roughly how much it would cost for someone to do it?

Interesting you post this hope you are still looking at any replies even though this is the first.

I have just had a 6m x 4m slab laid. 150mm thick with thicker around the edge. Cost was £2k all in using PAV1 concrete.
