We recently moved to our new house and after few days I've noticed few unpleasant things with our boiler:
Ariston e combi 38 on the loft

- Can hear the sound of the boiler pump in our bedroom. If I come closer to the boiler, it's not sound so bad, but in bedroom you can hear it a lot.
- pump is running even with room stat turned off. Could run for hours. But could finally stop.
- separate thermometer near roomstat shows 22, stat set to 17. Boiler is kicking in.
- some of radiators is not heated evenly, only top. Actually 5 from 7.

Any ideas?

I had it with a sticking micro switch in the motorised valve, clearly not quite the same with a combi, but I would guess on a sticking micro switch.
