Does anyone know why I have condensation in loft only between the 2 rafters on felt that has the soil stack passing through to outside. The condensing pipe from boiler also runs along this area too into soil stack but is well sealed. Any help or advice would greatly appreciated and whether a plumbing or roofing issue.
