Hi I have recently purchased a K7 premium plus power washer
I needed a lance extension, having purchased one online
Which was not compatible with the trigger! I order a new one direct from KARCHER head office in Banbury. I was assured that the lance that they sold would be compatible! IT WAS NOT COMPATIBLE.
The lance does not penetrate into the trigger socket enough so cannot be locked into position (approx. 3mm short) Can Anybody Help Please??
