Hi - I don't know where to start... The steps lead up to our first story flat and where added in the 1940s when a Victoria Property was split up and down. The conrete steps allow water to pour through into what would otherwise be a very good wood store. I have seen elsewhere in passing steps that appear to have been sealed but I'm not sure what product has been used or where to ask for help. The one or two tradesman I have mentioned it to don't appear to be interested so I'm looking for suggestions, please!
