Advice securing bird box to uPVC weatherboard cladding General problems, solutions, information and advice on fixing to walls of all kinds

I want to attach my new (fairly heavy) bird box to the side of my house which is covered in what I think is uPVC weatherboard cladding.

Does anyone have any advice about the best way of attaching it - which screws, glue, other? If I do screw into it does it matter in terms of being weather proof or anything?
