First Home and two Showers With Three Problems

Hi there,
I'd be very grateful for any advice / general thoughts about the issues I'm facing (which I've tried to set out in the attached screenshot)...

My inclination is to try replacing both of the showers (or otherwise keep both showers but replace worn-out parts). Unfortunately I cannot identify either of the models!

Yes I would agree with you that replacing both would be the best and easiest solution.
