Fence panel twisted and clip slipped away from post

by Not-a-clue » Sun Apr 19, 2020 10:21 am

Hi

I hope you can help.

One of our fence posts has twisted and the clip has come away from the panel... and so the panel is moving at the top.

The post is cemented in- so I don’t wish to remove - I was really hoping someone would have advice on how to secure the top of the panel ?

If I was to refit the clip it wouldn’t reach the panel - I’ve been looking for longer clips but was hoping this would have been a quick DIY task ?

Thanks
Paul

Hi notaclue,
Buy some galv angle brackets from a national DIY store - they come in all sizes and will have a longer leg.
Regards S
