Floor Plan Ground Hog Day!

by jleeds » Sat Feb 22, 2020 8:44 pm

Please tell us which room should go where!

We bought our first house 10 months ago and we still havent decided on which room should go where.

It's a 5 storey georgian townhouse and we are torn as to where each room should go.

We are prepared to do building work, and have indicated on the floor plan the position of any existing stud walls which can be moved.

Please help by giving your opinion. We can't move forward with electrics and plumbing before we know the number and position of bedrooms, bathrooms, ensuites, kitchen, living room etc...

Thank you in advance for any thoughts or advice!

The advantage of having your own house is that you can remodel it anytime. I think the decision should come from you jleeds. This is your chance to build your dream house.
