Rough Cost of Building a Front Porch? information and advice on general building topics, builders merchants, problem builders, DIY Stores etc....

I've recently bought a house and a few properties across the road have added porches to the front of their properties, I wondered if anyone would be able to give me a rough guide as to what I should expect something like these to cost?

Hi, costing of a front porch such as the one pictured can be tricky, as it depends on factors such as internal lighting, sockets, heating, and of course whether foundation depths need to be confirmed by your local authority. as an estimate id say around 5000 would get you a decent porch of that specification.
