Hi,

I'm wanting to build a full bed patio next to my fence but the concrete holding the fence posts in is in the way (see image below). What do you do in this situation? Do I need to have a border around my patio? I'm pretty sure I don't want to end up attaching my patio mortar bed to the fence post concrete...

Suggest you put 10mm of sand on fence post concrete so your patio is not connected to it.
