Hello,
I am in the process of purchasing a new build apartment (In a relatively large block) and it has the following water heater setup (see pic attached). I have no experience / knowledge of setups however thought it strange that an individual hot water tank Is installed in the flat itself (I thought this was relatively old fashioned?)
Can anyone advise what it looks like the setup is / is this in line with usual for a new build apartment?
