Would anyone be able to tell me why the external gasket on my doors is not flat/straight? The installer said it would straighten out with a bit of heat but 6 months in nothing has moved. Should external gaskets be fitted before the glazing? I'm pretty sure these were forced in after the glazing.

There is something wrong with the installation - probably the wrong size gasket has been fitted. Get the installer back to put it right.
