Bedroom floor insulation possible cause of damp? Information, help, tips and advice on cavity walls, ceilings and lofts etc....

Have insulated under our bedroom floor between the joists with rockwool sound insulation and then filled with normal insulation. Could this have caused a problem with condensation or damp without any airflow between bedroom floor and ceiling below?

Insulation installed as you describe is unlikely to cause condensation.
