We have been chasing a smell in our house since we moved in.
There is a sewag-y smell in out side bit and our dining room.
We have so far
found that our sewers were blocked and cleared
Found that our sewers had some open joints and had the whole thing lined
There is still a smell when we let out a bath.
I think this is now from a previously external gully that is under a step....
It’s square. And is 170mm across
Any suggestions to stop the smell coming up ?
