Window installation made to measure gone wrong?

by Mikey Christiaan » Sat Aug 08, 2020 9:11 pm

Hi
We had windows installed but we noticed this weird trimmings around the edge of the frame on the outside. It doesn't look like it's part of the design. Does this mean that the windows weren't measured correctly in the first place and trying to cover it with these trimmings? Please find pictures attached. Please can anyone advise?

Hi mikey Christiaan
Without removing the quadrant strip to see if the windows fit the opening it is impossible to tell whether there has been an error.
If the company you bought the windows from have a web site or brochure you could see if quadrants feature in their pictures.
Regards S
