linear shower drain removal after stopping working Drainage and wastage systems and plumbing help, advice and answers

My linear shower drain has decided to pretty much stop draining water and can't for the life of my figure out how to lift it to check for blockages or properly clean it. Any ideas? I've attached a photo as can't seem to find anything online that looks similar. Thanks
