Help - Broken Toilet Lid

by londontanky » Wed Sep 05, 2007 5:31 pm

Ok this may sound like a silly question but the toilet lid has come away from the toilet seat, although the toilet seat is still firmly bolted to the toilet itself.

Theer doesn't look like there are any screws to fix it just two bars that on either side that the toilet lid slots onto. Trouble is if one side of the lid is slotted on, the other comes out. What am i doing wrong!!! Its driving me crazy!!

Toilet seats are one of the simplest things to fit.

If you're having problems then it's probably knackered. There must be something broken or missing. And not worth the time messing on with it.

Buy a new one, they don't cost much you can get one from around £4 up
