Best Way of Lifting Sectional Concrete Garage Panels

Hi
I'm in the process of arranging to deconstruct, move and reconstruct a concrete garage. The panels are 1500 x 450mm, weighing about 45kg. To be clear they sit horizontally.
Does anyone know the best way to lift these panels? Do they have lifting eyes set in them?

You just need two reasonably fit persons.
