I am hoping for some insight on what may have gone wrong with this installation.
An outdoor terrace, over a Schluter Dita floor buildup and series of waterproof mattings, with standard adhesive bed and then matt coloured cement tiles. Sealed with TOPPS Fila protector/sealer and not grouted.
they have discoloured and nothing like the original green tiles out of the box. We as the client are at a loss as to what to try next.
