Gravel boards leaking underneath

by Jamwilsdon » Thu Oct 22, 2020 9:18 pm

Hey guys, just built a retaining wall using gravel boards but didn't take into account water leaking from underneath out. I just backfilled it using the clay & soil I dug out but feel this was a mistake.

It was an amateur first go but was wondering if there was anything to go along the front bottom now to help seal it? It's built a fairly level concrete base but can still see the gaps.

Thanks!

Hi jamwilsdon
Sorry but a rebuild incorporating some form of drainage channel at the base of the wall is needed.
