Hi Can any one give me an indication how much it would cost to replace a roof tile on house. It is right next to the chimney under the ridge tile. I know the ridge tile will need to be lifted and replaced.
Just a ruff idea please.

There are too many unknowns to be able to help you.
How many storeys, type of tiles, size of tiles, access at ground level, area you live in.
